I sure wish ESPN would have took thier circus elsewhere could have done without the extra hype. I do think we will get pressure on Mett seems like our D line is starting to play faster.

Noticed Jay Rome came off of the field against North Texas, on the sideline he was definitely grimacing. Haven't read anything, but would really like to have Rome in the lineup against LSU. Fearful that will not be the case. Felt that Jay would really step up this season, seems however to be one thing after another.

Basketball is not in his future, JMHO. Hope he can heal (reach 100%) and play some football. So many young men with talent run into this same problem, never recover. Jay Rome is incredibly talented, just seems to me that he might be (forgive me for this) not totally focused. Sometimes a lack of focus can and will get in the way of future plans. Great hands, great body, smart . . . . I don't have the answer.

LSU is the type of team that we could have used two (2) solid blocking tight ends.

Lot of folks here understand football. Our offensive line or LSU offensive line going to be the difference in this game? Thought I would ask. Reason I ask that particular question is after reading some of the posts here and elsewhere, seems to be a big concern.

Buc, imo, LSU's D isn't quite as strong in past years but their OL is very good....very good. Our OL is too inconsistent for me.....look good at times then break down badly at times mainly pass protection but even have had trouble on the ground.

Face it, we are going to have to play our best game so far this year to beat LSU. I believe they are better than USC and as of last weekend, may be better than BAMA. Hoping AU is just bad.

Will also be interesting to see if Mett tries too hard in Athens and actually "chokes".

Believe they have the edge in the trenches....definitely in the OL.
