Saw it. Tasted bile in my mouth. It looked like a busted play - everyone looking around and acting like someone else would make the stop - and nobody did. (Speaking of which - Jarvis did a LOT of spectating against UT - just stood there and tip-toed around - not good, Jarvis, not good.)

I HAVE to believe that won't happen this week.

I listened in on the radio show last night and CMR made the comment that the defense has every opportunity to get the offense back on the field quicker by going 3 and out also. That could be scary! GO DAWGS!!!!!!GATA

Interseting quote from CMR on play calling....

On Georgia quarterback Aaron Murray . . .

“We have a lot of confidence in him period, and we’re going to call a game that’s going to put a lot in his hands like we have been

uses "we're and we" on play calling. Using that "we" as a "team" or we as in "him and Bobo"

growl and ogredawg . . .

growl, Mark Richt saying if the defense goes 3 and out . . . never have I heard him talk this way. No "aw shucks" in that statement. Richt has made several statements recently that he would not have made even two years back.

ogredawg, taking the Mark Richt statement to mean the offensive side. He has said on more than one occasion that Todd Grantham runs the defense. Understand that Richt is the head coach, just feel that he has "flipped" from previous years. That is not a shot at Mark Richt, personally I think he has become a much better head coach.

Still believe that get together with McGarity when the AD first arrived has had an enormous effect not only on Mark Richt, the department as a whole. McGarity made it crystal clear that he does not allow excuses to get in the way with progress.

Buc, when I read that about CMR saying that about the defense, I thought it was a little shot. Again, I hope it puts a big ole chip on their shoulder, so they will pound Lattimore and Shaw into submission.

A few good hits on Shaw, and he is probably on the sideline, and we saw how that was working for them against Vandy...

GO DAWGS!!!
