New Thread for Missouri vs UGA

I just want to see a team that is FIRED UP to play footbaall.


Not that I dont want to run the ball we need to shove it down their throats so that at half-time they know what "old-man football" really feels like. Then we can do whatever we want in the second half.(WoodstockDawg wrote this)

agree with you WoodstockDawg just Run Gurley and Marshall until they want to come out it might take a while before they put there hands up to come out.

WoodstockDawg, the game plan for the Tigers will unfold quickly, me thinks. Two good teams that are capable of putting points on the board. Hope that this does not turn out to be one of those games that the team that holds the ball last wins. Brings back thoughts of Arkansas.

Missouri is a well coached team, and now they are in the process of finding out whether or not the move to the SEC was a good one. New kid on the block sometimes has to go through a few fights before being accepted. No reason to think that Saturday night in Columbia will be anything but a fight.

One thing that I did notice in our game against Buffalo, seems some have not quite caught on to wrapping up when tackling. Going to be very important this coming Saturday. Depth could be the determining factor me thinks. Playing mistake free the first quarter could determine the outcome of this game. Going to be exciting, that is what College Football is and should be about. Both sides love their school and especially the macho game of football.

Definetly different when in the game. Simply a NFL LB playing college ball......can be dominate.

Yeah Buc, CMR not showing his hand, similar to a couple of years ago with AJ Green.

I cant really believe that any of you truly believe that we were purposely holding back in that game,maybe using some players that would'nt ordinarily play,but,holding back. I rather believe that the other team was playing way above their heads and we were doing our usual thing of playing down to the competition.

I want to believe they held some offensive plays, and defensive looks back for Mizzou, but no one knows for sure. We will this week, because there better not be any holding back this week.

I do know that whether we held plays back or not, the team didn't come out firing on all cylinders. Except for maybe TG!
