I have very little concern on the D side of the ball......even being thin at DB....why because of the coaching....bottom line is CTG brings out the best in his players......this cannot be said for the O side of the ball......seems a few here who have supported CMR are changing thier tune after this years recruiting debacle. No excuse to leave 6 scholarships hanging out there.....

I have had to replace many a tire in my lifetime.Buc wrote: wlayton, all of us have to come to grips with our opinions, whether new or old. Said it before, say it again, and you have been here every time I said it. I totally supported Mark Richt becoming our head coach. Thought that VD had finally done a "bright thing". It worked for a while, we can live in the past, but where is that going to take us in 2012. Probably 10 wins, if less than that, I won't be the one screaming for a new leader, my voice will never be heard above the crowd.
What happened to me was the same thing that I have been though in the business world. I have tried patching the flat tire, but somehow patches don't work. Put a new tire on the car and move forward without second thoughts. The new tire is Coach Grantham, appears at this point it has worked.
Now it has to be explained to me why we continue to "patch the tire" on the offensive side of the ball. Is the offensive side not just as important as the defensive side? Defensive side seemed to work with new rubber, what would or could happen with a new tire on the offensive side. Just a thought. Takes leadership to make those moves. Cold hearted Saban will make those moves.
