I watched some of the highlights of that Rose Bowl featuring TCU and Wisconsin, but I just don't know if I'm sold on them. I will say that the every year game between BSU vs TCU will interesting as long as the trend they have going continues. I looked at both schedules(TCU & BSU)from 2011 back to 2002 and it wasn't that impressing. But...then again both have shown up in national televised games so........hard to go for and hard to go against.
b2b, don't get me wrong, I agree with you that it would be a TOTALLY different story for either TCU or BSU record's if they played in the SEC. No doubts in my mind.
Both teams are very well coached and play with less talent in a less talented league so therefore they're on equal footing but that said, that "lack" could not compete nor keep up with the week to week grind of the SEC.
TCU last year actually played 5 decent teams.....Oregon St, BYU, Utah, Air Force and Wisconsin....pretty good wins in my mind.
Bottom line on BSU and TCU.....great coaching staffs with above average players in a below average conference. (a good size fish in a small pond
