Absolutely I feel sorry for TS. Was thinking more along the lines of Benedict and ealey as far as pansies. But we HAVE recruited many kids who were hurt in high school.
Buc, agree 100%. let RS tote it 20 times against BSU with the 270 lb Figgins blocking for him. BSU's DE';s are 260 lbs. At some point, they will wear down as long as BoNo doesn't come out slinging 30 yarders all day; then, bring in a fresh IC and take a few to the house.

BulldogShannon, I buy that. Samuels returns to the position with more knowledge than before. Don't think Bobo has changed his play book, so that should not be a problem. . . .
Some time back I made mention on this board that Zach DeBell is one heck of a football player. Zach is 6'7" and came on board at 265 pounds. Zach is now reported to tip the scales at 290 pounds.
Some of or many of the young football players that come out of Florida I know something about. Have some friends that know a lot about the talent in this state. Every one of these folks have said for some time that Zach is mean as a rattlesnake. On the football field. Will back down from no one. Even though he is a freshman, I think that he could find himself playing a lot of football this season. Smart, mean, and guess what . . . . JTII is packing muscle on this young man. Year from now Zach will probably play at 310/315. Much will be written about Zach.

Guarantee they brought back RS for blocking purposes. In CMR's offense, the RB's had better know WHO and HOW to block for the QB.
I'm not crazy about him running the ball (with the exception of giving the other RB's a breather) but could help AM quite a bit as a blocker (knows who and how).

Under the circumstances, probably a smart move.

ogredawg, appears that Samuel is about the same size as Lattimore. I have resigned myself to the fact that the change has been made. Hell, feed him the rock. Even JTII could not get this young man to fold. Lots to be said for that.
