Watched the Christian Robinson interview. Awesome on the facts presented by this young man. CR said that at the beginning of Coach T's workouts, he was squatting only 325 or in that neighborhood. He is now squatting over 500. There is a coaching story here. :)

Helps if you make them GO to the gym more than once a week.

It's not rocket science.

Discipline, Discipline, Discipline.
It will serve these young men well, for all their years.

You got that right, averagedawg.

BTW, is it just March? I'm already getting dizzy spells from the lack of football. Spring drills will be the only thing between me and outright withdrawals.

What once was old is now new again... No free lunch... just have a feeling this group we have and the incoming recruits will get the train back on the track.

In the space of two weeks this fall we will see just what we can bring to the table for the rest of the season. Tested early.... I like it

Recently we have been back and forth on the S&C changes. Ran across this piece of material from Chris Low, maybe some have read, maybe not. Looking at the results printed out, little wonder we had a losing season.

QB at the beginning, not sure who that was going to be. Valdosta happenings cleared the QB issue up quickly.

Defense learning new schemes.

Some players feeling they were "too" special.

Our coach said he had too much on his plate.

Think I am saying again on this board that more and more I really like having a new AD.

Scoped these stats out and it gives a clear picture of a team in total disarray. It wasn't a lack of talent, it was a lack of leadership.

Here’s a look at how all 12 SEC teams fared in the fourth quarter (including overtime) last season:

1. Auburn: 131-56, plus-75

2. LSU: 112-79, plus-33

3. Florida: 102-72, plus-30

4. Alabama: 69-45, plus-24

5. Mississippi State: 85-61, plus-24

6. Kentucky: 95-78, plus-17

7. Arkansas: 105-103, plus-2

8. South Carolina: 89-97, minus-8

9. Ole Miss: 105-123, minus-18

10. Georgia: 68-95, minus-27

11. Tennessee: 70-99, minus-29

12. Vanderbilt: 48-84, minus-36

There will be a lot of eyes on our Dawgs in the 4th quarter this season.
Kick it up a notch Coach T. The above stats don't lie.

Go Dawgs! Coach 'em up . . . :)
