Watched the Christian Robinson interview. Awesome on the facts presented by this young man. CR said that at the beginning of Coach T's workouts, he was squatting only 325 or in that neighborhood. He is now squatting over 500. There is a coaching story here.

Recently we have been back and forth on the S&C changes. Ran across this piece of material from Chris Low, maybe some have read, maybe not. Looking at the results printed out, little wonder we had a losing season.

QB at the beginning, not sure who that was going to be. Valdosta happenings cleared the QB issue up quickly.
