We do not have the same issues as last year. To suggest we do makes me think you either did not watch the game or are unsure what you are looking at.
With Green we would likely have won at least one of the SEC games this year. Last year was a different team and Green missed some time. That does not change the fact he is a difference maker across the board.
I'm not sure we're having the same argument. I've said in almost all of my posts that AJ is a difference maker. My point is only, and has remained consistent, that to build a team around one player is absurd, and if you do, you run into the problems we are now experiencing if he is out of any games. If the coaches build a game plan around one player, and have no "trap door" for contingincies, you get what we've witnessed the past two weeks. But what do I know, I don't watch the games and these here dadburn football theories are too "complex" for me.
But the vast majority of teams in college football are built around one or two stars. There is limited depth with hundreds of teams around.

Okay, KD. Again, I see your point, I just don't agree with it. Don't take it personally, it's just my opinion. Not saying you're wrong, just different than I believe. As I've read a few peoples suggest, let's stop trying to convince each other and just agree to disagree.

I don't think that KD and I are saying we should build the team around AJ......I am just SIMPLY saying his presence gets us over the edge to a W......the edge.....the edge!!!

We left too many guys wide open.
The play calling was pathetic.
I'm sorry. It's the same old story.
We don't have the killer instinct and I put the blame on the head coach.
Think of what the coach at Boise State does with our talent.

I have only watched this thread.
averagedawg, can only agree, with emphasis on the fourth sentence. It does explain most of this.
Think these guys are saying the same thing.
