You work for Saban, kiss your family goodbye.
Saban is the brilliant field general.
All is fair in love and SEC football.
I respect CMR greatly but Saban is probably the better coach.
Let me ask a question. Where would we be right now with Saban coaching this team?

Buc, first of all, sorry to take over YOUR question for this post.....my bad.

Secondly, I simply put Stoops last because his coaching isn't special to me (not better than CMR to me) and didn't care about his recruiting base.

averagedawg, I'm assuming you mean his last 3 years at Bama.... I believe he would have won the NC last year for us (and maybe in '07)....with many more to come.

I'll take CMR, CUM and CNS are the hot items right now. They still imbue a passion that is not present on the Dawg's sideline today. It was there at one time and you wonder where it went. As Dawg fans we can hope but we must also pray that the fire will be restored into a flame. CMR is a man of good character and we are fortunate to have him but under his leadership we need a renewed love for the team and it's success. CWM, CMB,and all of the position coaches must show the head coach and the team that they are proud to be Ga Dawg coaches. They must do whatever it takes to instill a pride to win. All these young men:cheer: have been taught to lose with dignity now teach them how to win and succeed with honor and graciousness. Our coaches must no longer be willing to accept lack luster play. If a starter is not getting it done, try a guy that gives his all every play. Competition breeds competition and may reinvigorate a sense of the winning spirit. October 31, 2009 is a great day to catch fire and move forward. \"GO Dawgs\"

Bigbrowndawg, excellent first post. I do wonder sometimes where the \"passion\" went.

Family crisis sometimes defeats or deflates a persons passion, MRS. CMR had her problems and it probably killed some of his energy. Life is better for them now. Time for the ember to become a flame once again. Sometimes MRS.CMR shows more enery the CMR. Stoke the flame, kindle the fire, the dawgs are on the rise.

Hey yall, I think they are all about even, the difference to me is Def, Defense wins championships and when GA had BVG we could play with or beat any one in the country, since he left GA hasnt been the same. Where as UM has a great DC in strong, Saban has smart, CMR is stuck with willie and thats the biggest Dif to me, the OFf has struggled because we lost MS, KM early and our line has had injuries cant do much without a good line no matter what play u call, my complaint with bobo is he dosent run on 1st down enough, anyway I think they are all great stoops I would have last though. but FLA is winning now cause of strong, Fla off aint all that, Tbone is purdy much a white vick, only with a head on his shoulders. If you put WM with Fla,Ala,or any other team they would be in the same boat we are in. As I said before, I believe after the Tech game CMR will have no choice but to get rid of WM. GOO DAWGS!!!

Once A DAWG Always A DAWG
