Southerdawg, I, too want Pruitt to stay at UGA. My contact (along with others) have expressed to me that Pruitt has been having conflicts because he has a tendency to try and "run the show" at UGA. If true, Kirby won't put up with that.

My contact also emailed me this about Eason when I asked him about Eason following CMR to Miami....

"You never know, but I kind of doubt it. He wants to play in the SEC, and he has numerous friends going to UGA, particularly Ben Cleveland, the OT. Also, Miami has an excellent quarterback already in place, and he’s got at least 1 more year if not 2. I think UF is a bigger threat. I think our chances with him are still good if we get a good offensive coordinator in place before his official visit. The question is, will that be the case?"

For those old fashioned Dawgs like me who love smash mouth football, here is tidbit from UGAsports.com just picking different OC candidates. This guy would never be considered by KS but with the amount of OL in the state of Ga, this would make sense:

Bloomgren , the OC at Stanford. They run as many as 4 x TE's and many jumbo packages, wearing teams down. Yet they maintain the outside vertical threat. They outformation you to death.

Sounds like a QB committed to UGA who would look really good in this system.
