Coaching staff taking a low key publicly, bet this . . . . Beating the gators in JAX is bigger than big.

ATHENS- Kirby was screaming, Tray Scott was screaming and you know James Coley was screaming. Yeah, it was another normal practice for the Georgia Bulldogs.
The past two days have been a little quiet during practice, especially for Florida week. Kirby took his time going position-by-position during media viewing session Monday and Tuesday, offering advice but not laying into players as usual. Even a lot of the other coaches, while being loud, never were really yelling in the time we got to watch. Today though was completely different. Within seconds of us getting to the practice fields Kirby was over by the outside linebackers and defensive ends letting them know his opinion very loudly. Scott didn't monitor his language one bit for us as he laid into the defensive line. And for Coley... Well, he was Coley. The coaches might have seemed fired up, but the players seemed very relaxed and confident. They were working hard but they didn't seem angry, they just looked ready to beat down Florida.
When I was watching, the defensive line was working on stunts in their warmups, which wasn't out of the blue. What was interesting was the first group up in drills: Johnathan Ledbetter, John Atkins and Tyler Clark. A noticeable absence of Trenton Thompson among that group, who looked to be working with the twos. It's hard to definitively say if Thompson will start this Saturday, but of the look I got, it seemed like his snap count may be reduced against the Gators.
Jayson Stanley fully returned to practice today after missing time with a lower leg injury. He was catching balls with the rest of the receivers today at full speed. Yes, he was catching the balls. But that isn't what Georgia needs him to do. His return will not only be a big help in the special teams this weekend but also in the run game where his run blocking outside has proven to be a real X-factor for this Georgia offense.
