G-Day? What did you see? Things looking good?

From 24/7:
" Georgia set an SEC spring game attendance record with the 93,000-plus fans that showed up for Kirby Smart's first G-Day game. "

For winning the Natty give every Dawg a bone AND prime rib steak.

I was there with Fire_dawg and I think there were quite a bit more than 93K..there wasn't an empty seat and there were many people in the concourses getting concessions and what not. They even made an announcement to try to squeeze in if your row allowed it since there were many people standing.

I know it might change in a real SEC road game, but yesterday, Eason was miles ahead of the other two IMO. Lambert looked the most shaky of the three. Michel is great, but I really hope we get Chubb back 100% at the start of the season.

Everybody was excited at the Dawg walk to see Kirby and Eason. Great feel for that and most of the game, electric almost. Whatever the season brings, at least the fans are happy to be Dawg fans again.

The SMART era CONTINUES!!!!!!

My thoughts are that Lambert may be the 4th best QB on the team in terms of raw talent.

God Bless and Go Dawgs

Not many people are talking about the O-Line after seeing the Eason Show, but I think they did pretty well. There were some missed assignments, but you can tell the coaches have been "coaching - 'em up". I hope Chubb can be back to 100% too! If he can get back, then hopefully we can rotate some backs in there. Between the RBs and the TEs, maybe the passing game won't be so anemic this year.

To me the TE's and some of the young WR's looked fantastic. Davis at WR looked great. Michel has always been great at receiving.

I would say our passing game not being anemic has nothing to do with who's catching the ball, but more-so on who's throwing it and the offensive line's ability to give them time.

God Bless and Go Dawgs
