Think I know a little bit about the gators.
Bet this.
The defensive line for the gators will be as good as the defensive line that dressed out for Missouri.
The gators are going to make our offensive coordinator throw the football. They are like the "Venus Fly Trap", have sticky hands in the defensive backfield. Their DB's go after the ball just like Pruitt is teaching in Athens, they are all about interceptions.
Questions arise again about our tight ends. Beginning to think that our "seasoned offensive line" is not that "seasoned". I say that after watching what happened against Missouri, especially Missouri. Extra bodies needed for Schottenheimer calls.
Lambert that I have watched film on after games played in 2015, last year as the #1 quarterback in Athens. If Ramsey wants to play D1 football, would advise him to look elsewhere. Think I can stop there on our quarterbacks, appears that we have two on our roster.
I fully expect to see some changes from our defense, just have a problem with what I thought was going to be one of our strengths, depth. If Pruitt continues to play two or three deep, playing into the hands of McElwain. Running quarterback that will beat our cover two into submission, and it could get real ugly.
Florida I think is positioned at #11 by those that select slots. Seem to remember Georgia being picked by some to make it deep into the playoffs.
Looks to me that our head coach can add another "bowl attendance" in this his 15th year of coaching our football team.
Comes down to this. Can we beat the gators? They are better than Tennessee, lower level than Alabama. My guess is that the gators have hired another head coach that will out perform our head coach in all phases of the game. My opinion.
Will be interesting for me to read what is said after the JAX game. Win or lose.
Go Dawgs . . . . Need to be coached up.
