Richt will let him coach.
Trouble is, we lost our co-offensive coordinator with Murray's departure.
I have no doubt Bobo would be a better coach if CMR would mostly stay out of the way.

averagedawg, while I totally AGREE with you above, I find it interesting back a few years ago when most all of us were complaining about Bobo (me included) and WANTED CMR's imput in the play calling in a big way since that was his expertise in the past.
Funny how things in life can go full circle.

Feel that Mike Bobo going from quarterback coach to offensive coordinator, huge step. Have to agree that he appears to have found his way through the maze, becoming recognized nationally.
Can't remember when we did not have talent, player wise, but the overall transition I think presented problems, maybe not problems, but added pressure to perform in more areas than teaching one position. Hope that makes sense.
Watching closely the last few years at the offensive coordinators with "reputations" being shown the door.
Fix the offensive line, keep building the depth along the front, UGA can play football with anyone. Still believe the offensive front was more Richt's problem than Bobo's. Also, believe that Will Friend will change some or much of that.
Have read other boards howling for a new offensive line coach. I don't post on them, but it is hard for me not to join up and get into the fray. As far as I am concerned, Will Friend was handed very little to work with upon arrival. Looking at this group coming in, no doubt in my mind that things along the front are improving.

Truth. Me included.
There are going to be offers for Mike Bobo, and there will be solid D1 offers. If he decides to leave, he needs to choose wisely. Georgia has been loaded with talent, some positions, not all. Don't be surprised if Mike Bobo makes his way to Alabama. Don't laugh, he has a special friend on that team making a million +.
Friendships, much has been said about Jeremy Pruitt and Will Friend. Works like that some times.

And that would be the biggest mistake KS could ever make...
