Any ideas on who will fill these positions?

Defensive line coaches need to be meeting with defensive line recruits, linebackers with linebackers. Made a great hire to bring on Pruitt, and now we are dropping the ball again. 6 days. Not one position filled.

Alldawgs5, could not agree more. Makes me think that there is some "haggling" going on with prospects that Pruitt wants. Maybe still employed and looking to get out from under current contracts.

Believe that Pruitt will be very good, but he alone cannot get the job done.

On the mark AD5.

AD5, I may be wrong but I don't think it matters about the assistants before NSD. If you look at the 4-6 names we keep hearing that we are still trying to get, I don't think any of them are LBers? I may be wrong but Carter is DE and the others are offense or DB's? Pruitt will handle DB's so good there. Lorenzo Carter from what I've heard will be choosing based on the campus and comfort with the teammates.

Hope I'm right.

I would like to get Rocker for DL and Summers for LB. Great recruiters and Summers is know as a fundamental guy

Position coaches matter. We have about 3-4 d-line prospects that are waiting to see. Believe the Galliard kid has opened his recruiting back up because UGA has not hired a D-Line coach. Position coaches are crucial, trust me. Look at what gardner did at aub. Position coaches have a lot to do with a recruits decision. That will be the coach that they are spending the most time with.

These coaches need to be hired soon. Betting we lose a few we could have had if we keep dragging our feet.

Have this feeling that Gaillard is going to Louisville.

Tyson Summers grew up in Tifton. Was also a graduate assistant coaching defensive backs at Georgia in 2005. Seems several good, young, talented coaches have moved away from Athens.

Tyson has a great deal of respect and admiration for O'Leary. My daughter graduated from UCF, so the Knights are special to me also. Tyson Summers is an excellent teacher. Who knows, continue to get coaches that know how to teach and want to teach, UGA could move forward leaps and bounds.

Remember on this board mentioning that the UGA/UCF game in Memphis was not to be taken lightly, even had a couple of comebacks asking me if I had lost my mind. Don't think so. We were having serious coaching problems then, seems we still are having problems. JMO.
