Not saying the suspicions are not founded,but, someone(did'nt go back and look it up) on this board said that CMR should walk around CJP with a wide swath, thinking maybe I should do the same and stay out of it til he gets his feet wet and we can take measure of the man.

Think that might have been me growl. Not sure about the context, but will go back and look, been known to do that on this board for years. Question, was it in this thread?

CMR still has ties to FSU and Tallahassee. Nothing sinister went on IMHO. CJP's background in coaching is well known and he has coached at 2 NC programs under 2 pretty good HC's. CWF probably had some input as to what kind of man he is on a personal side and then it was decided he was the man to be DC. Pretty simple if you ask me.

As far as his personal life goes as long as it is nothing illegal or against UGA policy let him be and let him coach.

BulldogShannon, sometimes wish there was another place on this board to discuss matters that don't necessarily pertain to football. Gets slow here after the season, usually, then again after NSD.

Conspiracy theories, I would love to discuss "certain issues". Will only mention the one that I am and have totally submerged myself in and that is the 9/11 issue.

Truth ogredawg your humble opinion is spot on.

On richt and FSU. If he had said to the powers in Tallahassee that he would take Bobby Bowden's spot after BB left, especially with the mess going on at that point, he would have been the head coach not Jimbo Fisher. richt's plans have been and still are to stay with UGA and finish in Athens. Not a secret to any athletic director in college football.
