growl, this post reminds me a bit of Duck. He has some folks around him that like to tell him how good the gamecocks are.
A lot of the folks that support Auburn think that the coach to end all coaches has arrived on campus, again. (Malzahn) Comes a time when Dawgs really have a serious dislike of Tigers. First one we take care of on August 31, 2013. Going with ogredawg on this one . . . . we win big if Mark Richt has changed "all" of his prior ways.
If Mark Richt really wants to reach for the "big one" he has to turn the Dawgs loose. To hell with being "nice", step on their throats. We score first . . . . Katie, bar the door.

I am like most here and think we will beat Clemson. I always tend to be cautiously optimistic until I can put eyes on entire team. Think it will be close in 4th qtr., which scares me with FG kicker absent. D will give up some big plays because Boyd, Watkins, and company are too good not make the plays. Key for our D is going to be settling down and making a few key stops. Otherwise it will be closer longer than most of us are comfortable with.
No worries with O. We will score points if we don't turn the ball over. We can not underestimate Clemson. We need to make a statement early and often. If we make mistakes, and let them hang around until late in 4th qtr., we will most likely lose. An inspired and fired-up team in a hostile environment is bad news for the Dawgs.
Our best scenario is to take opening drive and march slow and methodically down for 6. Kick off and hold them to 3 and out. Amass another scoring drive for 6. (repeat entire 1t qtr as needed).
Go Dawgs! GATA!

South Carolina is a different thing altogether. They are legit. Big HOWEVER - they don't have Lattimore this year. If they can replace him with another RB as good as him, they're going to be REALLY tough. If not, I think we're better - still a close game, but I just see us better. Interesting thing is - most sports writers agree - most have us winning the East. Honestly, their bowl game notwithstanding . . . LSU looms BIG.
Gonna be a GREAT SEASON!!

If Curt is calling Clemson "pussycats". what does that make Auburn? And why is another SEC team wanting an ACC team to beat UGA? I find that amusing.

We've got people talking about getting HM some snaps? lolol I hope so, but I don't think so.
I'm confident, but I'm more like 10-14 point confident..... not backups on the field in the 4th qtr confident...
God Bless and Go Dawgs
