Satisfied With 2013 --Time To Coach'em Up!

I would just as soon have all the 2 and 3 star players, someone that truely wants to play for UGA.

I for one am sick of all the fush made over these 4 and 5 star players. Some may look great in HS, but in the world of college, may not do squat. To me these type kids think its all about them and what you going to give me if I come to your school. I know there are some, for we have a good group of recruits, that seem just to want to win at UGA.

There was a time, when UGA just recruited mostly local in state players, and just coached them up. I have seen UGA teams when the SEC and NC with out a top 5 or 10 recruting class.

Botton line, if you want to play for UGA come on board, help the team win, if you are a show boat and like the glamor, then go else where.

Duck, wondering what you know about Augusta, GA (Aquinas HS) RB Brendan Douglas. Young pup seems to be the sort that really likes playing the game.

Buc, this young man is a one heck of a football player, can do it all. He is a smart student, but around here in Augusta area, not that many big kids like south Ga and Atlanta area. He plays with heart, have not seen in person, but have seen him on highlite reels. I really don't see him at RB as we have a stable of those, he may be a good linebacker . I just hoop they find a place for him, a fine christian man with a want to win attitude.

Duck this is what you and some others have said about young men that want to play for UGA. I am in the same boat. While I would love to have every great football player coming out of high school, there is something to be said for morales. Thanks for the come back.

If the recruiting holds to what is predicted 12 of the top 13 players in the state of Georgia will go elsewhere to play.

So can it be said that this is a "good" year for UGA recruiting? We cannot get them all of course but only ONE of the top players going to UGA.
