BUMP!! Mean that sincerely ogredawg.

Some glowing reports on Tramel Terry today in the warm up for the face off between North and South Carolina. Build that front and who knows . . . .

Dawg With Style, you are right and think most of us are in agreement that Alvin Kamara would be a solid addition to our football team.

Believe there will be some strange happenings before commitment day. Probably get some we really want, and will probably get one or two that everybody in the country wants. For some reason this is a particularly different kind of recruiting war. Little things like, coaches being relieved of their jobs and opening up chances at athletes that were presumed out of reach.

This is where some of the "old farts" on this board (there are several) seem to be in the area of recruiting . . . . take every offensive lineman that we can get. Never let the number of offensive linemen recruited and signed each year get below four (4).

It will be very disappointing if we don't get Tunsil, but that does not mean that we can't line up and play football against him, if that is the case. There are two or three others that have not committed as yet and I for one would love to have them come to Athens.

Myself and a few others keep saying that the lack of offensive line strength over the past few years have been a major part of our not being all we want to be.

Saw a post on another board the other day about Theus moving over to left tackle. Wanted to jump in, but this is the only board that I post on. Tunsil comes in, Theus will be our right tackle his entire stay in Athens. That is not a slap at Theus, he is going to be an outstanding right tackle. If he continues to play as he did in the last 4 or 5 ballgames this season, he will probably be a right tackle in the NFL.

Going to be a lot of changes before February, think for the most part, most of us are going to be very happy with the outcome.

Buc, sure this season was an "eye opener" for many of the quality recruits that could have been on the fence. They now know the Dawgs are to be reckoned with in the coming years and hopefully want to be a part of it. A couple of seasons ago they may not have turned their heads this way. Really believe CMR/staff/players at UGA have their total attention this year.

wlayton, moving away from the offensive line and picking up on your post. Yes I do know that you have the offensive line in your rebuilding/reloading thoughts. I, along with you and some others are hoping that we are reloading, there is a chance that what we finished with this year along the offensive front might take difference with those that want to use the term "rebuilding".

The Dawgs do have to be taken seriously, and you described it well in this statement . . . . Really believe CMR/staff/players at UGA have their total attention this year.

There is not a team in the country that would scare me if we lined up and played. This group of players (2012) did not have to look over their shoulder pads and wonder what was going on behind them. Yes, Alabama ran the pigskin down our throats, they have a very good offensive line blocking team with a seriously good combination of running backs. Proof is in the pudding, Notre Dame will find out soon.

Some talk about Nick Saban going to Cleveland, might be, even I have thought and posted that he might do that. One thing that I think I know about Nick Saban . . . . he will not turn tail and run like Urban Meyer did and leave a football program in shambles. I will probably never get the sour taste out of my mouth about Urban Meyer.

You may be right about Saban possibly leaving.....maybe that's why KS hasn't gone anywhere!!
