Dawgs, hard trying to post right now, not easy, lost one of my best friends, actually family. Know that all of you understand and care . . . . . Buster the Cat, with me for over 15 years. Yes I raised and hunted bird dogs in South Georgia, this Black Cat stole my heart. Please believe me, not looking for sympathy, all of us or most of us have gone through this, had to put him down. Think wlayton went though this a short time back. Lots of tears flowing in this old farts eyes today. What is it you say when the time comes . . . . Love you Buster. DawgDoc I am sure has seen a lot of tears from big old farts. :)

Football. Hard for me to believe that our team won't be ready to play this weekend. This is the last call for Chizik and BVG. If I was a wagering man . . . . ;) would bet the farm and tractor on Petrino finally landing (did one time before) on the Plains. Kentucky folks are pretty vocal about Petrino, however, Abuurn has the money and will spend it. Kentucky has basketball, Abuurn needs a coach that will return them to football. Chizik cannot do that, like it or not, Petrino knows football. Anyone up for a wager? :)

Edit; Meant to post this link.

DawgDoc. I promoted you to Sage Dawg with over 10,000 posts to get you back in your rightful position on the forum. If it changes back something is wrong so let me know.

Now you are back in the senior ranks my friend.

For winning the Natty give every Dawg a bone AND prime rib steak.

Buc, very sorry to hear that and yes, we just went through that a few months ago. We all went to see DJ and stood around him and cried like babies. Really tough, still not over DJ, loved that dog.

Time does heal and like Jill (my wife) always says...she had rather of had DJ in her life and lose him than to have never had that chance to love him........tough but makes sense.

Take care-
