He's young, talented, and is learning the hard way,in the trenches. He's going to be one helluva LT in time. I agree with Ogredawg,we'll know a lot more after the urnge game. Coach 'em up! GO DAWGS!!!!GATA

I say play him. We have been thin on the OL for the past 2 years. Give him the reps and then re evaluate him after the Tennessee game. That gives him 5 games 3 of them being SEC games. If he is still having problems after that it might be time to look at some1 else.

Theus is going to play...RT, I just don't think he is ready for LT. Beard has played LT his whole football career.

good point. Beard may be playing anyway with Gates moving to guard.

Yep, you're right, they probably will just go with the line up at the end of last week.

Listened to Franklin on SEC Network, in one area he made a lot of sense. Remarked about AM and where his game seems to be at this point. Talked about AM's ability to take a quick look and make adjustments, that is to be expected if the quarterback has the time in the quarterback position that AM does. Also really like the fact that some have brought up before . . . . not looking at one receiver, there are several on this team that play well under fire.

Not getting away from the running game, just like the fact that this offense is apparently a two headed monster. Would not be surprised to see the game stats showing a 50/50 pass/run ratio. Still want to see the fullback get a few carries.

Know it was FAU, said this one time before, have never seen AM pass the ball as well as he did in this game, he was playing pitch and catch. Has to put an extra "load" on Franklin knowing that the running back game at UGA has changed a lot in one season.

In agreement with the tightend assessment, one or two completed passes to these guys and it becomes scary if your are the Vandy brain trust.

Getting close folks, butterflies beginning to gather again in my stomach. Really hope this game goes in a certain direction and we are able to continue to play a lot of young talent. :)

You know Buc, this time the butterflies aren't building up for me. I have checked the betting lines on this game and the people who make their money by setting an accurate point spread are picking UGA by more than two touchdowns. Don't get me wrong . . . I know that doesn't ensure victory . . . but those gamblers don't make their money betting against WINNERS.

I think Vandy will start Rodgers. The kid has wheels and can toss the cured leather too. However, Presbyterian we are NOT. We'll score on them.

Coach Richt - turn the boys loose. Hit Vandy early and often, and do not let off the gas. There is nothing wrong with demolishing a team and destroying their self esteem. There is no such thing as "running up a score". If you are worried about "sportsmanship", then remember that you are going to walk across the field after the game and offer to shake hands - that's good enough. Beat this team from start to finish, and punish them for the insolence they displayed last year. They deserve it, and the SEC needs to be on notice.

Nothing less than a championship this year. No excuses.
