Spent a good amount of time on youtube today watching film of John Atkins. If you have not done this, recommend it highly.

My hope is that he goes to the offensive side of the ball. I believe he would start or play a lot of downs next season anywhere along the O line.

Please don't redshirt a young man with this much talent. Another building block that moves UGA a step closer to respect. Will Friend has to be salivating.

I agree Buc, put him on the Oline where he can help out immediately (if he's as good as advertised). I am pumped about adding another BIG JOHN to the arsenal!

BTW, thanks for clarifying that you were referring to Faton Bauta from S. Fla.. This guy looks very impressive to me too...very Tebow like in stature for sure! Given all of our struggles on 3rd & short in recent years, this big boy could make one heckuva weapon. I mean, when Tebow had it 3rd or 4th & less than 2 yards, he was literally automatic. I don't remember ever seeing him stopped in his entire career even though everybody in the stadium (including the Defense) knew it was coming. I would welcome that prospect for the good guys in Red & Black!
