The QB's.

I've said before that when Ramsey gets to Athens, HM will remain second string and CL will transfer.

born2bAdawg, I think that Hutson Mason has a lot of talent. Supposedly that is the type quarterback that Richt/Bobo want for their offense. Will say this, if AM had been replaced with HM, it would have been real ugly for HM. He cannot move like AM does. I truthfully don't think most of the people out there posting on different sites have a clue when it comes to football. I AM NOT TALKING ABOUT THIS BOARD, for the most part.

Too many only see W's and L's and that is just about all that the AJC bunch for the most part understand.

My personal feelings . . . . the tradition that was once a proud part of UGA football has taken another nose dive. Being an old fart, hard for me to accept many of the comments that are posted about the real Bulldogs. Yes, I will be pp'd if we don't keep Russ. They replace him, might be another reason for me to take us basket weaving.

So, maybe in some minds Coach Grantham went too far. Explain this to me, please. Franklin said he could not find Richt, you buy that . . . . he sure as hell found Grantham, just wish they had been a bit closer. Franklin is a show dog. Not a Bulldog, one of the fu fu dogs. If you folks have a fu fu dog don't take my statement as anything other than POINTING MY FINGER AT FRANKLIN.

Grantham stays, will never see Bobo on the sideline again . . . :) Would that not be wonderful?

I'm affraid I was the one that brought up HM, I don't keep up with things as much as I use to, so not sure if what I said about HM made sence on not. I just heard that he had a real good touch on the ball and could lead the receivers. I have seen him complete a few passes in mop up duty, but as you said not sure how he'd do running for his life. Just a thought since AM misses more long ball throws that he completes.

Besides the mobility factor, HM's arm just isn't strong enough to hit the intermediate routes like AM's arm. Good example last night when AM threw from the far hash mark all the way across the field and hit the WR just inside the sideline. It was a "frozen rope" and if HM had attempted that pass it could have been a pick 6.

Said in another post that I believe what you are seeing on the deep throws is the difference in speed between MM and TK. AM hits MM well but over throws TK because TK isn' as fast. AM needs more work on that difference in speed......imo
