I think by the time we kick off saturday, it will be a done deal with the sec.
If we are only talking about gaining a new media market, then I want the 14th team to be Va Tech or Virginia (the state of Va and DC is a hell of a market)

Don't any of you guys ever underestimate Aggie's ability for stupid. When Nebraska announced they were leaving the Big XII-ii they also announced they were headed to the B1G. Aggie has announced they are leaving the Big XII-ii IF another conference accepts them. That means that they do not have a deal in hand for the SEC or any other conference.
Did you hear the one about the Aggie that picked a 10 pound booger and his head collapsed before he could eat it?

While I never underestimate the stupidity of anything Texas related it appears the AD (or President) is good buddies with Mike Slive. Also it seems the environment for conference changes is a little more contentious and litigious this year after the way Nebraska jumped ship last year.

Leghumper, have been looking at this post, trying to figure out where you would like for the SEC to make its next move. You mentioned conditionally, meaning that some of ogredawg's or others suggestions were acceptable.
Let's go, you have my curosity at about a 10. Fill in the gaps Big Dawg . . . lots of folks on this board would like to see the alternatives.
