According to all the rumbles, A&M may announce by the end of this month that they have joined the SEC.
According to an FSU site, Chip Brown from Orangbloods.com says he has two sources out of the Big 12 says it's just about a given; and sources out of FSU are saying they would be the 14th team, to join the SEC East.
BulldogShannon, I would be surprised if A&M did not leave and become a part of the SEC. After that, what happens to teams like Oklahoma and others. . . . . It can be done, we have Arkansas in the SEC and we all know what happened there. Right now the grass is greener on the SEC side.
Prediction here is that Brown will not be the head coach at Texas longer than two years. He has reached the end of his rope. Coaches and players leaving, not unlike mice (or rats) leaving a ship.
Do however think that A&M would be in the West Side of the SEC.
justlow, excellent point on Florida and its own network. They (Florida) just had a huge rat jump ship and head to ESPN. Program belonged to the inmates. Maybe Meyer would be a good fit at Ohio State . . . . .
