Offensive strategy, anyone?

I'd just try to keep Moore off of the field. Take my time on the field and just grind it out. Wear the defense down as best you can. Just my opinion.

I'll go one further..I would like to see Moore gang raped by several of our LBs and linemen..just for once (just like Hawaii) I want to see us totally abuse the heck out of a QB. Something we apparently have forgotten how to do..

+1 I would love to see an aggressive defensive performance.

no doubt that some of the young pups are going to have to step up sometime during the season Buc.....and I have no reason to doubt what you say about DeBell........Friends rep. speaks for itself and his ability to get em ready is not the issue......the learning curve takes time as does getting used to SEC type Football......hopefully we will be alright......

a little off topic having to deal with the Defense...Chris Low posted just a few minutes ago on his blog about the Dawg D.....good read.....

Don't think it is off topic, playing team ball here Brother.

Unless I miss my guess, the presence of Geathers, Jenkins, Jones, Tyson . . . . the interceptions and fumbles are coming.

Ogletree, Jones, Washington and Robinson. Smart and nasty this season.

Grantham has a stable of athletes, only thing that will stop this team is themselves. Most of these men have played the game since they were real young. Only difference between now and when they started, they are now "truly on stage". Did not have butterflies before, never puked, Hang On Suzie, Suzie Hang On . . . . :woohoo:

Buc just a little tidbit I read today on Jenkins.....

Meanwhile, the players were on Spec Towns Track this morning trying to make their times for a running test. UGA is not providing us with the information from those tests but, for what it’s worth, we know from Facebook that Big John Jenkins “passed with flying colors.”

HUGE, mean and FAST! Hopefully he will get his head gear on Lattimore in week 2. Last year made me sick.

Ditto all the thoughts on abusing QBs this year. Oh, I so BADLY want to see the complete destruction of opposing QB careers, as we did against Hawaii. Remember that punk's comments PRIOR to the game? "If we just play our game, it'll all be good." Indeed. That's why we dropped 8 and 9 deep and STILL hammered his back side all game long. Take a look at my avatar. Possibly one of the most vicious hits in the history of sports. That is what I want young Mr. Moore, Garcia, and all the rest to get a taste of.

And someone was worried that they were printing off topic? Hardly . . . the best offense is SOMETIMES a POUNDING by the DEFENSE!

Practice starts tomorrow. GATA!!!!!! I'm getting JUICED!

The old adage the best defense is a good offense should be reversed.
Strong defenses always win championships.
Nick Fairley had more to do with Auburn's run last year than Cam Newton, just my humble opinion.
