Just simply play SEC football. Line 'em up, punch them in the mouth, let them know it's going to be a LONG night.......then you can call whatever you want.

Bobo presser. Some interesting comments, nothing outstanding.

Exciting to hear great things about Malcolm Mitchell already. One concern I have is that nobody has complimented his hands. Speed, separation and stopping on a dime are all nice attributes, but don't mean squat if you can't catch the dadgum football.

Appears that the "respectful war of words" has begun. Watched Richt on FOX being interviewed this afternoon, of course he had nothing but praise for Boise State. Then see this tid-bit coming from Petersen of Boise State about University of Georgia.

Petersen of course is referring to Richt.

He’s in a good spot and I think he knows it — from a coaching standpoint," Petersen said. "They’ve got a huge chip on their shoulder, they’ve got good players, they’ve got good coaches, they’re very motivated. … This will be as tough a team as we’ve played since I’ve been at Boise State.

Boise State coach Chris Petersen, Idaho Statesman

Guess that it is time for College Football to gear up. This is how it has been done for ages. Reminds me of VD, want to break out the crying towel, for sure.

Richt, you do have Petersen's attention for sure . . . . guess the next question is . . . . what ya gonna do about it . . . Coach Them Up??

Go Dawgs!! :)

I couldn't have said it better. Execute the play, control the line of scrimmage, play good special teams......that's all. I don't think Boise can out muscle us if we play mean as hell.

Appears that UGA has a M&M connection . . . . sweet. Maybe awesome is the word DawgnLA.

7 on 7 has become dangerous

Aaron Murray was conducting his regular afternoon 7 on 7 drills yesterday afternoon as he has done all summer.

These are non-contact drills in the passing game. The 7 on 7 drills have produced injuries in the past, but nothing like what happened yesterday. Not even close.

Whatever play Murray dialed up called for Malcolm "Tampa" Tampa Mitchell to run a post corner route.

The ball was snapped, Murray dropped back, looked left then pivoted back to his right and launched a perfect ball 45 yards down field into the waiting hands of "Tampa." Touchdown!

The remarkable thing was, after the play concluded, 10, TEN Georgia defenders were laid out on the sod clutching their ankles. Tampa's cuts were so precise all seven defenders, plus 3 just watching on the sideline, twisted their ankles.
The kid is special. I hope Ron Courson is attending all future 7 on 7 drills.
