Thought about this and figured why not post it.
If Saban was the coach at UGA, right now. Richt was the coach at Alabama.
We have a couple of players that have not signed yet, but are crucial in my opinion to the UGA football program, concerning Crowell and Drew.
Not too much doubt in my mind that both would already be on board with UGA. Both have publicly stated that they have always been UGA fans.
As it stands now, those decisions have not been made. Saban in Tuscaloosa has as good a shot at both of these players as Richt does in Athens.
From my point of view, that comes down to coaching. They like what they see going on in Tuscaloosa, not overly happy with what is going on in Athens. Both have stated that.
Think that Crowell also stated that he wanted the UGA coaching staff to remain in tact. LeMay has voiced the same opinion.
I was hoping that we would get Shell to come on board. However, he has made his choice. Likes what he sees in Columbia.
Shell is the nation's No. 109 overall prospect and No. 11 offensive tackle according to 247Sports. He is the No. 3 overall prospect in the Palmetto State and is a U.S. Army All-American.
The 6-foot-7, 305-pounder picked South Carolina over Georgia, Clemson and Alabama.
Looks as if SS is going to be a pain in the butt . . . . again.
Feel that something has to change, sometimes better sooner than later. If Crowell does cast his vote with UGA, I hope that the change that is made is offensive coordinator, would love to see him be all he can be. My opinion, the best back in the country.
My vote for offensive coordinator . . . Brad Johnson.
