Wow, did the wind direction change?

RabunDog, a lot of "common sense" in your post, as always.

Agree with you on the new AD. There have to be changes in certain areas, and, there will be. This man is not soft and did not return to UGA to burn any bridges. Man of action, few words to this point. No doubt in my mind that he carries a big stick.

As far as the police thingy . . . driving without a license, threatening a young couple, riding vehicles down a one way street, the wrong direction, leaving the scene of an accident. What is it going to take to get the message across? Something more serious, like maybe bodily harm. Stop the BS now, know when and where you can have your fun. "Common Sense".

yankeedawg1, I just want UGA to be all it can be. Hard to embrace or ignore folks that are much closer to the talent than bloggers like myself.

Could I coach this team or any college team . . . nope, without a doubt, nope.

Do I understand the game . . . probably as well as anyone that is "outside the arena".

Do I pull against coaches . . . not when they are doing what they were hired to do. This has been a classic case with OUR TEAM for some time now. Lack of coaching that goes back further than Richt. However, for some time now, Richt has sat in the big seat.

Example: Baylor whips Colorado, week after Colorado beat us. What am I missing? Better yet, what is missing when we have such talent in Athens? As some on the blogs continue to say . . . stay the course.

I will always be a Dawg, but I don't have to like the food that I am being fed.

...this is a discussion that is older than the Arches on Broad...As a young boy I recall sitting on fold out chairs on North Campus, listening to the adults argue and opine about Wally, Johnny and Vince. In my day, it's been Vince, Goff, Donnan and Richt; I was a bit too young to remember much of CJG's short tenure. Fact is, there will ALWAYS be Beans and Bashers, Sunshine Pumpers and Naysayers, as long as we follow this sport. Just take a quick trip around the other blogs and boards...their barometers are no different...

Everyone here, is here for their own reasons. They post because they have something worth saying. Whether I agree with your thought is immaterial, but I will fight like hell to defend your right to post it! Regardless to whether we keep, change or rearrange the existing program, everyone here, is here for UGA...

...With the noted exception of a few idiotic, zealots that choose to spread their version of
sportsmanship, following an advantageous lowpoint in another teams season...

Very well said. I don't think there is any disputing that. That is why I love this board. I am not for a HC change right yet, but that is not to say that I am not becoming tired of losing. It sucks. I also understand where Buc, and the guys are coming from. He just wants to see expectations fulfilled and I don't blame him. That is what we all should want. Can't argue that coaching has not played a role in some of the unexplainable losses over the years because it has. I just believe that every coach has lost some games that they shouldn't have. I also believe that some questionable coaches have won to many games (Les Miles, the man I am taking to Vegas on the next trip). Luck has something to do with it, and I believe Richt hasn't gotten much.

At the end of the day, we all love our Dawgs, and I don't think anyone can question that.

As far as recruiting, we just need to keep winning.
