sadlerdawg, wlayton, you two have been the ones to express a lot of thoughts on "new arrivals" and "ideas" that UGA coaches need to institute in Athens. Most of the time, whether you two agree or disagree, one of the two of you are on the mark. Hard to beat hitting 500.
I will start with this . . . . I vote for KM. Would love to see a thread like that everytime I come up on this site.
Maybe Stevedawg will open a thread for those of us that want to vote for or against KM, (the new KM) to touch the pigskin this year. C'mon Stevedawg.
I vote YES KM.
Buc, you know that I have gone on record that our RB's are just above average at best imo, so I definitely vote a BIG yes to take the redshirt off KM. Certainly not going to be any worse. One thing CK brings to the offense is he's a great pass blocker for AM. Ealey is a terrible blocker and obviously don't know how well KM blocks. I DO know that CMR REQUIRES a good pass blocking RB.

Later, Richt referred to the King situation when asked if freshman running back Ken Malcome might play for the first time.
“There’s a good chance that happens,” Richt said. “We’re not saying for 100 percent certain he will, but the situation that Caleb has gotten himself into and the fact that [tailback] Carlton Thomas’ hamstring may or may not be ready by the end of the week, it may be that Ken has to play.”

Could be a thumbs up on KM, guys. From ajc.com:

Buc and sadlerdawg, here's a different take on KM from my source. Not saying I agree with him but he is pretty knowledgable and pretty sharp.......
"I think they should avoid playing him if possible. The season’s half-way over, and he’s not going to play over King and Ealey, assuming that King is only suspended for a game or so. I think he’ll be a serviceable back, but he’s not a superstar."

One thing that I think we will get from KM is the ability to hit the hole with a lot of power. If he can pass block, that will be worth the price of admission.
I am for playing him now, get some SEC experience, Kentucky is much better than some think. Not sure the backs we have will be ready physically, or in the clink. Don't like the attitude of these dudes.
WE starts and fumbles, will probably have to go to Athens and put a 70 year old butt whipping on him . . .

Team had a little momentum and here our "skilled athletes" mess up again.
Two game suspension, think that Richt was sending a message to IC that we are on the same page with you . . . . now. Tired of the crap. Also have a feeling that our new AD sat in on this call. Maybe a call from King Adams voicing his displeasure.
