Sorry golferdawg for giving wlayton the credit for the Kirby Smart suggestion, my bad. But ya do know that wlayton's \"THE MAN\" so I tend to give him credit even when he don't deserve it   As for my Joe Kines suggestion, yeah, that probably is a bit of a reach and we have already been there done that like you said.

BigDaddy, I also really, really like your suggestion of Mickey Andrews. He would definitely light some fires under some of our players \"you know whats\". I like Amato too (wlayton, you DO get credit for this one, I hope) but I've always thought he looked more like a hitman or mob boss on the sideline than a HC or DC. Still, if he get results, I don't care if he wears a solid orange jumpsuit on the Dawgs sideline. I just won't be able to look at him, that's all. Well, all this talk is certainly interesting but I must say, in the end, I think CWM returns to Athens w/a passion and hopefully a scheme that will make us all forget about this discussion. Hey, it's still OK to dream big ain't it?

Hey RxDawgboy, I think plenty of us on here would owe you a big kickback IF Miami takes CWM. Question for you: how tough is it gonna be to get a ticket (through OSU) for that home opener in the new & improved Boone Pickens Stadium? I just read it will now seat 60,000. I'm assuming your gonna return to Stillwater for this one. I really want to make this road trip too. Tempe was SO much fun this past year and I think the game in Stillwater will prove to be a REAL battle of Top 10 teams once it's all said & done next season.

Willie would be so much more comfortable in Maimi. The place is just crazy with Martinez.

IMO, i dont think that CWM would leave because CMR has stood behind him so much. Not to mention that UGA is a program that is currently having success unlike the canes who are still in the process of rebuilding and maintaining their program. But, with that said, I think that he would make a great DC for Miami. All jokes aside, the UGA faithful have given him hell and have been asking for his head the entire season. Every mistake, whether it is his fault or not, he gets chastised for it. He is under so much preasure to perform that no matter what he does as a DC at UGA there is no way he could meet our, the fans, exspectations. I think a fresh start at UM would be a great career move for CWM.

Also, according to AJC and Miami Herald, no one from UM has contacted UGA about talking with CWM.
