bigdaddy3050, not only like his name in the ring, would love to have Mickey Andrews coaching the \"D\" between the hedges. Much of the credit over the years given to FSU certainly belongs to Coach Andrews. Has the type of fire that Erk used to exhibit and win with. Great, great suggestion. Two wlayton's for that recommendation. Would give you four wlayton's but that is for the \"man\" to do. Add to that, CMR and MA have a history together.

Goose your coaches are all worthy except for kines. Let's not go back to the JD years. Remember he was our DC with Jim. I like Kirby Smart and I think i was the first to say he would be a good option. Then I watched the Sugar Bowl. I believe CMR can get anyone he wants because he is one of the nicest men out there. People say once you come into contact with CMR you walk away moved? Aanyway I think we can get any DC out there look at the talent we have and whats coming in this season.

Goose, Buc and golferdawg, the LATEST on a DC I heard just 15 minutes ago.......now its ONLY a rumor. There is talk that Chuck Amato is unhappy and could be a candidate since he and CMR were together before. Amato and Fisher don't get along and I'll have to say that NCST had some VERY aggressive and good D's when he was their HC. Believe Amato wants to leave.....don't believe Andrews will ever leave. Amato's a good D'sive coach but what do ya'll think?

No worries wlayton, I always liked KS when he was returning punts mostly becuase you didn't see to many white guys returning punts. Plus he was someone you had to make sure was accounted for on every pass play. He covered the field as good as any safety we ever had. he wasn't the most physical safety but he was always there making plays. With the list we have on this site i would take any of them besides kines never really understood his schemes at times. Kinda like you know who.

Yeah, golferdawg, I totally agree with you about Kines, never liked our D's under him but ironically, when he left, he actually had some pretty good D's........

My contact said that all this is very premature because UM hasn't even asked for permission to talk to CWM yet.
