GatorinGA, you know what's coming don't you? I have an idea that you have an idea, that for the next two years in particular, the stage is going to be set for a run at the NC by both GA and FL. Two strong programs, currently developing a gaggle of underclassmen, both with excellent talent, both with excellent quarterbacks, both with outstanding recruiting years, etc., etc.

'08 & '09, the Jr and Sr years for Tebow and Stafford. Last year was heaven for GatorNation, and thus far, this year is very good for UGA. Not as good as yours last year, but still, good.

Asserts his might
And triumphs in light!

IMHO, the Dawgs are right now as good as any team in the SEC, and better than most. If UT wins out, congrats to them; they will have earned it. Should they do so, I think LSU will beat them soundly.

If the Vols stumble and the Dawgs go to the dance in Atlanta, the game should be a toss up. LSU will be favored, as well they should be, but I would not bet against the Dawgs for the rest of this season.

We overcame the home field disadvantage. We overcame Auburn. We overcame the officiating. We overcame the mid-season funk that enveloped us in Knoxville and the post-Florida letdown. We did what no team had done since the Walker days. We beat Auburn and Florida in the same year. And we did what no team had done since Japan and Germany had the lead in World War II. We scored 40-plus points for the third straight game.

Look for me Saturday. I'll be the good looking guy wearing whatever color shirt Mark richt tells me to wear.
