Post it. I've always heard the story one way, so if I'm wrong I'd love to be corrected.
I'm the same way. If I'm ever wrong, I want to be corrected. This trivia thing is also for everyone to learn a little more about this beloved team!! Here is the link:

I enjoyed reading it. Hope you do too!!

What call nearly got Larry banned from the airwaves? Quote it, give the game (team/year) and the play on which it happened.
I'm not even going to pretend to know this one. I'm just anxious for the answer!!!!!
It was the Lindsay Scott touchdown call against Florida in 1980. Specifically, \"Man, is there going to be some property destroyed tonight!\" WSB folk were afraid Larry would be accused of inciting a riot and he was sternly disciplined.

Okay, turns out I heard the story correctly but interpreted it incorrectly.
I knew Larry came to Atlanta in 1966, and I knew that he took the Georgia job in '66 as well. I failed to recognize that the baseball season starts in April, whereas football starts in September. So yes, Larry did call Braves games in 1966 and 1966 alone.
Rats. I hate it when I catch myself talking out of my rear orifice.
Shoot a boot. Talking out of it again. According to WSB (thanks, miss_uga), Larry called Braves games in '66 and '67. Man I'd love to get my hands on THOSE tapes.
