It was the SIAA (yes, southern conference) in 1896 and 1920, and I know they won the 1927 National Championship. (Is that what you were looking for????) The coaches were Pop Warner, Stegeman, and Woodruff, respectively. Of course in both 1896 and 1920, they were CO-champions.
Yes. And according to some sources we won the Southern Conference in 1927 (I believe georgiadogs.com claims this), whereas some sources say that three OTHER teams (Tech, Tulane and someone else) split it in '27.
