It’s going to be very hard to keep Fields off of the field that’s for sure. Fields like Fromm is a leader albeit not as vocal as Fromm, and he is super competitive like Fromm. So keeping him happy will be a challenge! Sure they’ll give him mop up duty but someone like Fields wants and thrives in the spotlight.

I won’t go as far to say that Fields will be our starter by week 6 but I would NOT be surprised if he is. And this comes from a QB guru that absolutely loves Fromm and what he brings! But... Fields has the potential to be a once in a generation QB. His ceiling is on a video game level that hasn’t been attained in “real life” football yet. He’s just that damn talented!

PS- I’m more excited about our O line that’s being built right now than anything else even more so than Fromm and Fields! Should have some of the best O lines to ever play at the college football level in the next few years for sure.

Dear God our O is going to be filthy!

Agree sflanagan21......OL will be awesome and improving from there..


HC.... spoke how having this offense will fast track the needed improvements in our defense

Love playing ones against the ones...... quickest way is play folks better than you...

Practice becomes extremely valuable...... and productive....

sflanagan21 was not sure I would ever see the needed changes to the offensive line. Waited years for this. Like you, I am all about what Sam is doing in Athens.

Liking what I can find out about Coach Scott also. He is a blessing to our program.
