The East got a massive facelift. Give these coaches, including Kirby, 2 more years to incubate their programs and the East is going to be downright scary. Alabama has dominated and in that dominance has created coaches that are shoving off on their own, and naturally this is going to weaken Alabama. If you look at what Saban has not only done for Alabama, but for the entire SEC with his protégés now on their own, he will go down I believe as the greatest coach of all time because his "process" and his coaches have spread to the entire SEC and set it up well to dominate for a generation.
