Good read again . . . . rockdawg.
Players on offense and defense returning, they are not doing that for their "health". Hope none of our players have anything other than "bumps and bruises" all year. All of us know that most teams that remain healthy throughout the year usually play for the prize. Says a lot about the character of those returning.
rockdawg, would love to be able to watch a full practice(s) of the offensive linemen. Bet this, there are going to be some "wars", mean that in a physical way. Coach Sam Pittman . . . . Coach Smart made a good move with that selection. If Coach Chaney is the reason for Coach Pittman residing in Athens . . . . Thank you Coach Chaney, now you have a "stacked deck" to play x's and o's with.
Can't pass up the chance on Dawgs.com to sing the praises of Roquan Smith. #3 will be a "terror" at backer in 2017. Won't be the last time that I give a "shout out" to Roquan.
Isaiah Wilson and the other offensive linemen coming to Athens, the possibility of more really good offensive linemen coming in 2018.
Damn right, BASE IS BEING BUILT. Yes, it does look a lot like the "process" that has been utilized in Tuscaloosa.

If you haven't seen or read the story/video below . . . . worth a read and look.
I am truly excited about Isaiah Wilson committing to Georgia . . . . allow me this . . . . I am just as excited about the players that will line up on the offensive line, regardless of the stars.
Players leaving Georgia to play elsewhere, understandable. Every young man that is deemed a college football prospect and recruited to play has to make their choice(s) at some point.
I mentioned a while back that I thought there was a bit of an under current on our team, still believe that to be true. Kirby Smart said some things about the type personnel he wanted to recruit. Think most of us realize that statement is playing out in real time. Playing out not only with the players, but the coaches he hired to be a part of the "changeover".
Not making excuses, one way or the other, if I did Wartdawg would call me on that "silliness".
Comes down to Head Coach Kirby Smart. Ball is definitely in his court. He accepted the job, now it is "show time".

Another close look . . . . Isaiah, his Mom and Dad. Was mentioned in the press that Sharese Wilson had a sit down with Georgia President discussing education. Moms tend to do that.

At. 6ft 7 and 370. IW will be fun to watch as gets. Lessons from Coach Sam....
Licking my chops thinking about our OL rotation..... DL wil not want any part of our front five come
The fourth quarter....fresh RB's. Behind a OL with quality depth.... yes. Kirby ball will be played
Between the hedges.....sooner than some think.....
Sidebar..... still more thunder to come to the #sickim 17. class. Book it

yd1, this time of the year has always been a favorite of mine. This time around I can see a difference in the way recruiting is being handled than it was previously. Before it seemed that most of the focus was on personal preference rather than overall team needs. That subject has been touched by several on this board more so in recent years. As you have said several times, Santa might have more in store for Georgia Football in 2017. Thus far it is as solid as I can remember, ever.
Remembering what ogredawg had to say about Isaiah's footwork prior to him committing.

Not to forget that Ben Cleveland will be a "HUGE" body in 2017 that will see tons of action.
Also . . . . D’Marcus Hayes. Never hurts to look twice at a video.
