yd1, appears to me after listening to Coach Smart that Coach Pittman is making some progress with the offensive line.
Age or time in grade sometimes does not mean as much as a solid leader.
Coach Sam Pittman could be and probably is one of the great hires at Georgia. From what I can gather, the current group of offensive linemen are on board with Pittman.
Guess it goes back again to "hiring practices". Kirby Smart appears to be a coach that understands how to get to the finish line. Finish the drill somehow did not work out the way the words suggest. Not knocking the players, that "stuff" falls at others feet.
Do not see a weak link in the SEC, East or West. There are teams in the SEC that seem to understand how to beat existing competition. Step out of the SEC, all of our teams seem to show well. SEC is getting tougher, another reason that I would like to see an "honest" top Eight rather than a top Four.
Also appears that South Carolina is going to follow the game plan offensively that Clemson is on at the present time. Kirby Smart is aware I would bet.
