yankeedawg1, you are a special person.
The BPS has become a staple, much like rice and grits.
Guess that I am in between.
Not wanting to be "ugly", but not wanting to "give up" the truth about our program in the SEC.
For anyone/everyone that wants to "make believe" that Georgia Football is all that, time for conversation. The "make believe folks" will turn out to be those that come into every season without "reasoning" or "understanding" that just how long UGA Football has been nothing more than . . . . a winning team that does not face off with teams that take us to task. Probably should not say at this point, Black Jerseys, or whatever.
It was time for "our program" to understand that "Once upon a time, Humpty Dumpty" fell off of the wall. Fell off of the wall way the hell before Mark Richt arrived.
Anyone that does not understand that our program needs to be built from the bottom up will forever live in the "past". Think about that my friends. Where the hell have we progressed in the past x number of years. Been a long time since 1980. Check the SEC teams that have NC's since then. You buy into that, you should forever live in "your space".
Allow me this again . . . .
Buc wants to see our football team move forward. I do not want to see us lose on "decisions" that were made by incompetence, especially when we have seen "miscues" made in a "short period of time".
Sometimes it is hard for those that are in "control" to say this with a straight face and then come back one, two or three years later and say the same thing.
If you or I like where we are in College Football, probably should keep our mouths shut. If we do not like where we are in College Football, maybe it is permissible to speak out, regardless of which side we are on.
Never forget this . . . . there are a lot of college football teams, it is a huge "business". This is the POINT I would like to make . . . . The high school football players understand the "GAME". The "GAME" is on "YOU AND I". If you believe differently . . . . will leave this post at that.
