If it doesn't take at least 45 minutes of cook time when you prepare your grits.. you've done something wrong.

Grits, eggs over easy, chop eggs into grits, bacon and sausage sides, Mama's biscuits and OJ. Black coffee.

Grits with scrambled cheese eggs, sausage, home made hoecake and coffee. Yum yum! I can smell it now. Grandpa liked his hoecake and coffee every morning. Go Dawgs

My grandma made...Johnny Cake....which is kin

To hoecake...cousin to the staple cornbread

All good..... Love to slather orange blossom honey and

Butter.... Cheese eggs with sausage crumbles mixed in

Can see this is going to be a in the kitchen Saturday

Extra time on the treadmill Monday....worth it!!!!
