DWS, I am with you. Stress relief.
I am not going to repeat the tension of last week's Tn game.

Team there, talent there, no coaching except to the drum of CMR and the PR dept. Sad but apparently true. Gee, I can hardly wait until next year.

W? L? Don't care at this point in HC career. It is like watching a 3 stooges movie. I wish those images were not in my head from the last 2 games.

However I am born and bred Dawg so... GO DAWGS!!!!!

I am going to ride in the mountains, enjoy the fall weather and maybe listen on the radio.

For winning the Natty give every Dawg a bone AND prime rib steak.

yankeedawg1, one thing I learned early on, especially about predictions.

Predictions are usually backed up with words like, if I am wrong, will step up and say so.

Easy to come back and say, see I told you so.

Solutions are the name to the game. Whether football or life.

I parted ways with our head coach more than once, actually twice. Then looked back at what happened after thinking I could be wrong again.

What happened was what I thought I was seeing, and maybe denying was what I was seeing.

Try hard this day and time to look at our football team and come away with positive thoughts. I do have many positive thoughts, but they are not in the direction of our head coach leading a very talented group of young men to better on field results.

Looking back at some of the calls made in crunch time, calls that I thought would never happen again, happened again and again. Can't blame the players for all the time and effort they have put in. I can find fault in making the same mistakes when it has an effect on the players and those of us that cannot change what we have come to expect at some point in the season.

Right now having a very hard time trying to understand what has happened to our pass rush. Not just me, the media at the beginning of the season had us highly rated because of our pass rush. What better time to have a pass rush than against a rookie quarterback playing for Missouri. Pinkel will have his players all over Lambert for sure. Especially when our coaches have running backs that have little or no game time. There is a difference.

rockdawg is spot on. Very disappointed in the offensive line. Said after the Alabama game that the one offensive player that I watched on film that played SEC football was #73 Greg Pyke. Supposed to be an experienced offensive line, did not look like that when playing the last two games.

Will pull for our Dawgs tomorrow and every game they play as long as I have a spot on planet Earth. Sometimes I think that I "know more and want more" than others that run the program want. They don't read internet talk they say, say again, maybe "they" should, all the way up to Mahogany Row.

Why should we not face it . . . . there are folks in the media that have not changed their "tactics" for years. Goes back to keeping their butts in Butts-Mehre. I said that, believe that.

ESPN has a way of taking football coaches that are no longer wanted to lead programs, but they certainly can tell the rest of us how a program should be ran. Richt knows his way around ESPN.

Maybe that is the answer, Buc. Richt knows his way around ESPN. Maybe they have a job opening.

Oops, the ole ball coach beats him out again!!

I have resigned myself to not get "emotionally invested" anymore. I will always be a Bulldog. But, I have taken a step back and surveyed the last couple seasons.

I think I have finally realized why I remain disillusioned. I don't think our coaches expect to beat a team they should. Sure they want to win. But do they expect it? Why are we never ready?

No, We accept defeat. Well we played hard, very proud of our team. We will start getting ready for next week and maybe we will come out on top.

Maybe? No you should win. Especially if you have much more talent than they do.

Rant over.

As always ..... Go Dawgs!

Not to be ugly rockdawg, but . . . . Spurrier loved kicking Richt's butt, and anyone associated with the Red and Black.

Seems we are always changing the way we play, except for the offense. Offensively play calling is the point I am trying to make.

Defensively, if I am reading everything right, we change on every New Moon, Full Moon or . . . .

Nick Saban has stability on the defensive side of the ball. Having some problems with his offense, but that seems to be ok now. Saban knows that paying in the SEC, better have an offensive line, along with a defensive line. Simple math from where I sit. Working for Saban/Alabama, and many are saying 2015 is going to be another year for all SEC colleges to fear Saban/Smart, still not sure about the offensive coordinator.
