For whatever this is worth, talked with a friend that resided in Athens as a player some years back today.

The crux of the chatter was this . . . . Jeremy Pruitt has a solid foothold in South Georgia. Young men believe him, say that he does not pull punches. Not their words, but Pruitt is "trusted". That is a far cry from what was going on a short time back.

Also mentioned in the conversation was JAX. Once upon a time JAX was called "South Georgia". Know that many on this board have probably never heard that, it is the truth. JAX was a hot spot for UGA recruiting throughout VD's tenure.

What we (UGA) have going for us is this . . . .

Recruiters that are recruiting. In school we called it doing our homework.

In Athens right now, on staff, we are as good as any SEC or other university when it comes to recruiters. Right now, that includes any university anyone wants to throw into the mix.

After today, even more solid with the group that now runs our defense. Even if some don't like or think Mike Bobo is a good offensive coordinator, he is one hell of a recruiter.

Question . . . . Would anyone on this board like to recruit against this group and Mike Bobo has been as good as anyone, including Auburn, Alabama and Florida. Don't belive that, go back and check the names recruited by Mike Bobo, and those that chose UGA.

Want to talk about play calling, maybe you should stop what you are doing and apply for Bobo's job. Hell yes, I said that.

I have carried CMB's water for awhile now Short time ago I was saying and it is in

The vault that CMB was standing at a crossroad in coaching. He had to step up or step out

IMO he started to trust his ability and not second guess himself

Been said that AM was his saving grace seemed he was also tha QB coach. True AM was far

Better than your average student. Less we forget the plays that AM would check off to came

From CMB's play book yes with CMR leaning over a shoulder but not completely without his

Input. No question we better off with him as dawg would be ugly him and CKS. Working

against us. GO Dawg

Great recruiter(s) yet we are second tier and 8-5 with a loss to Vandy and 1-3 against the old ball sack  All I can say is I am thankful for WILL MUSCHUMP or it would be a TOTAL disappointment

Do not have a problem with what I said above about Mike Bobo. If you do, then that is in your lap. Willing to discuss "issues", but don't come and run.

Anyone that comes to this board in 2014 and has the "balls" to say that Mike Bobo does not know what is going on, I say to you that maybe you should ride off into the sunset, talk is damn cheap.

What those that seem to play the "same tune" year after year is this . . . . something to "bitch about". Why is it that some of the "downsiders" on this board cannot recognize the fact that every Saturday Mike Bobo enters into Sanford Stadium, against a different opponent and as "they say" call the same plays over and over. Damn it, comes a time when you play to your "strength".

This 2014 Season, we will see some close games, and there will be some that will "tell us" the "play" that Bobo should have called in a certain situation.

Been there, done that. Do believe it is time for those that "harp" to take the time to recognize that there is a possiblity for folks to grow in their chosen areas of work.

Single biggest issue in my mind is the leadership, or lack of coming from McGarity and Richt.

The coaches that arrived this season "newbies" and some that have been here for a lengthy amount of time . . . . Think I see some "differences" in what I have seen in the recent past.

Want to argue, willing to. Don't want to, but . . . .

Do you know how to get us to the FINAL FOUR? Is the only "answer" firing Mark Richt? Do you not know that firing Mark Richt is out of the question? I am willing to talk UGA Football, also willing to discuss other issues. One more thing, can you or I change who sits in the seats that determine our PATH? Just asking . . . .

Try to say it a little different this tine. In business and team sports

The results are the total of the sum of the parts don't think so then explain how

Synergies work

Georgia football team lost to Vandy not CMB true he is part but only a part

And coaches the offense. The argument that we were up by 10 and he went vanilla or

Conservative IMO is skewed by a under achieving defense horrible special teams play

Sone truly questionable calls by the Zebras.which to my thinking played a bigger role

Than CMB.

Which coach had more influence in our record Toddy or CMB.

Fact we have CMR for at least 2014 likely beyond Best case the assistants take the lead

And win doing it their way

Go Dawgs!
