Went to bed thinking about many of the comments. One that stuck with me is the one below.

Lastly, I don't at all like the looks of our lowly stats against ranked teams & top 10 teams over the last 3 seasons but this is a TEAM statistic & not simply an indication of Bobo's inability to beat the cream of the crop. I'd definitely argue til I'm red the face with any Dawg fan who thinks that the OFFENSE has been a bigger problem than the DEFENSE (or lack thereof) the past 3 years at UGA.
Anyone that cannot wrap their arms around the above, really not much more needs to be said. Think that all of us or most of us think we "know more" about coaching football than those that do. That statement is not saying that I agree with Mark Richt as a head coach. Say again, Mark Richt is a "front man" that the "Group" in Athens accept and will keep.
We have been a disaster the last 3 years as mentioned by ogredawg, but I can't agree with the totality of the statement. Our supposed defense has let us down time and again under the last group that "called the defensive plays/schemes". grantham liked to say his defense was good in the "Red Zone". Just how many points did our "Red Zone" defensive coordinator give up to the very good SEC football teams and the not so good SEC football teams?
Will UGA miss AM? Would Denver Broncos miss Manning? Would the Patriots miss Tom Brady? Same rule applies to all of the mentioned quarterbacks and their respective teams. Does not take a lot of thought on that question.
If I read some of the posts right, would answer with this . . . . Mike Bobo is not taking us down, that in my opinion falls on the head coach. Mike Bobo's offense is cranking out points. Also I would add, with a mediocre offensive line. Could that be Mike's fault, he is the offensive coordinator. Personally feel that area should fall on the shoulders of the offensive line coach. Offensive line coach played with his hand in the dirt, Bobo did not, nor did Richt. That has been a problem with me for a very long time.
We enter into 2014 Season and still are not sure who our starting offensive line is. That to me is a problem. Mike Bobo's play calling and the end result is putting points on the board does not rest squarely on Bobo's shoulders.
Had to bring in a new group of coaches that immediately addressed the Special Teams issue. That is not Mike Bobo's failure. Matter of fact, Special Teams have caused Mike Bobo problems on occasions . . . . check the return yardage on punt and kickoff returns. Any coach worth his salt will tell you and I this . . . . hard to move an offensive team 80 or more yards. Especially when it happens over and over. Most SEC defenses don't allow a lot of 80 yard touchdowns. Some, not many.
Much can be said, I sure as hell am willing.
Edit: In the article below, feel this is something that Bobo has wanted to say since grantham left. While he did not call names, reading between the lines, feel he got a couple of things off of his shoulders. grantham did nothing for the University of Georgia. Had zero loyalty to the university or its coaches. Fooled some of us out here in the blogosphere, same as he did with UGA.
Interesting point on the number of defensive players that left prior to Pruitt taking over the defense for FSU. Says something to me.
Have said and will say again, it makes for a better work environment when folks see eye to eye. There is always room for disagreement, but the same can be said for agreement.

Edit #2: Have visited the video of the game in Atlanta against Alabama more than once.
Anyone that looks at that video will see our defense getting its ass handed to them. Might be that we came up 5 yards short, but after I look closely, that was a hell of a drive to get that close. There was confusion coming from AM and the sideline. Fact is this . . . . what is the reason that we (UGA) had to have a drive of that length? I would say it was because the defense was winded and much of that came from the defensive coaches. Like many players this Spring in Athens have said, ain't no sitting on our ass under Jeremy Pruitt and Tracy Rocker and other coaches.
Another point about our offense. Anyone that believes AM did not have the "authority" to change plays at the line of scrimmage, you just ain't getting it. He was allowed to change the play because of Mike Bobo. Part of the system. AM had nothing but praise for Mike Bobo, call it what we want, those words came from AM's mouth, several times. Is AM a liar or just an appeaser?
Remember well and have it in the vault from statements on this board about AM needed to be replaced. Anyone remember that?
Reading article like the one below. No one is happier than me that Nick Chubb is going to play football in Athens, not Tuscaloosa or Auburn. Seems some of our offensive coaches got it right.
Another thought on the article. Writer is missing the fact that Sony Michel is heading to Athens also. Back in the day I read comparisons concerning AM and Mettenberger. How AM should not be counted on, Mettenberger was more talented. I have watched Sony Michel with the football in his hands, anyone that does not take this talent seriously, guess you are in the right job, writing not analyzing the "total" amount of talent that our offensive coaches are bringing in. Sony Michel will play, and draw a lot of standing cheers in Sanford Stadium.
