yd1, not only was Jeremy Pruitt needed in Athens, so was Tracy Rocker. Tracy Rocker and Jeremy Pruitt believe in the same game, football is kick ass.
If the higher ups can come to grips with the Tracy Rockers and Jeremy Puritt's, Georgia football has taken a giant step.
Single biggest issue in my mind, and I don't mean this to be totally negative is . . . . can Mark Richt get on board with the "wave" that has invaded Athens.
Anyone that thinks that Alabama, Auburn, Texas A&M, LSU, Ole Miss, Miss State, could name every team in the SEC is not moving forward, then something is missing in the gray matter. Other names . . . . Florida, South Carolina, Vanderbilt, Kentucky, Missouri, will stop.
It was time for a "force" to put a footprint in Athens. Pruitt did that by leaving FSU. Our football team needed someone like Pruitt. Reading boards today, some still want to "protect" Mark Richt. That is their right, but something is wrong when your/our head coach is "estatic" over a single hire. Think about that last statement.
Folks much can be said without "Pouty" and his gang.
Go Dawgs, coach'em up!
