Read the following article. Help me if I missed something. Not one word about an offensive lineman.

Did I just crawl out of the woods, or fall off of the turnip truck?

This article mentions everything about the offense except the offensive line.

Am I being ugly? You tell me if I am off track. Is there anyone out there that thinks Nick Saban has been right for x number of years?

Check the names of the head coaches mentioned in this article. Is there not a story there?

Buc, it's not surprising that you didn't see MR's name there. I think most in the media worth their salt know he's far from an elite coach. With Georgia's record of looking great on paper but performing far short of expectations, it's more than fair to leave his name off of the list of top SEC coaches.

Even those in the media have fallen into the same trap as many UGA fans... they hate to bad mouth such a "good man" and support that by looking at good records during ridiculously easy seasons and not looking very deep into why we always come up a dollar shy.

When push comes to shove though, these people tip their hands as to how they feel about MR (and UGA). We're a nice little team with that shows flashes, but is destined to disappoint.... pretty much the same story as our HC.

God Bless and Go Dawgs

Wartdawg, cannot tell you how much I appreciate your last post. If in my life if I have ever told the truth, I go past appreciating what you said in your last post.

It does bother me that so many look to the future with rose colored glasses. Jeremy Pruitt will change some things, he however is not all that needs to be done in Athens. Want to type several paragraphs, will not.

Tks. :)

DWS, lol.
I know there is a lot of truth in your statement. Don't seem to be able to stop at a certain place when trying to make a point. In the genes I suppose.

Truthfully speaking, don't/won't be fooled again by those that are comfortable with being mediocre. Sometimes trying to be nice, "one of the boys" backfires. The "Group" in Athens is an exclusive club, run by the sound of money hitting the register.

Much like what I see in Wasington. There is never enough money, but then I look at the retirement pensions for "serving?" for a short time. Not a bad gig if all one has to do is vote, and that is done electronically. Point I am trying to make is . . . . we pay they play.

Why should I agree with paying someone over 3 million dollars a year for mediocrity? That seems to be the going rate. Don't be surprised if soon the "Group" showers richt with another raise. Then the worker bees like McClendon rock along with less than adequate pay for services rendered. Meaning what the sport of football is paying these days, and not recognizing "real talent".
