I don't think he does much. He is big, pretty good speed, and seems to have good hands, but to only play him 2 or 3 plays is going to be to easy to pick up on. Rumph is a good player. Hargreaves is better than a good player. You only have 3 routes in your arsenal, he is going to eat it up. I am not counting on Rumph very much. He will end up being a nice player, but believe I saw where he was still gimpy in practice. He would have to be atleast 100% in order to play and make a difference IMO. Needs to know the system too. Right now,if I saw him on the field, would be expecting nothing other than a deep route. Too predictable. Who knows though, he might be better and know more than I expect. Hoping he is something special.
TE's will be cruical. Even if they don't catch a ball. Even if they can get a safety cheating, it will create at least a 1 on 1. Now, whether we have a WR that can beat these corners??? Haven't seen one of what we have left, but would love to see one step up. Running game will be the key to all of that thought though.
Should be fun to watch if our defense shows up.
GO DAWGS - 2nd teamers always complain about not getting an opportunity. "If I only got a shot" theory. Well, ours have had their shot. Time to step up.
