Road Trip! Gotta go visit the Volunteers

Mulling over what I saw our offensive line do against LSU.

Think I read somewhere that AM was buying "treats" for the troops again. AM should do just that. The offensive line was better than good against LSU. Many of the talking heads and some of us were worried about the LSU defensive line. When our Oline plays this way, opens up a lot of things, both offensively and defensively.

Scoring points like we are, should loosen up our defensive backs to be a little more aggressive against the pass routes. Saw Tray Matthews starting to break out of the "slow" mode and playing "faster". If we get some heat on the Tennessee quarterback, Worley, thinking at least 2 or 3 picks.

If Tennessee leans more to the running game, could make it easier for our defense to "spy" on Neal, which we will do the whole game anyway. Might see a pick 6 by one of our linebackers when Neal hits the flats for a pass. Just a thought.

ogredawg opens up his usual game day thread, there will be a lot of suggestions. That is a good thing. :)

Neyland Stadium tough place to play with 100,000+ wearing that ugly orange and singing that Gawd awful song about the top of some mountain

Did I tell y all that I hate orange.......

Stay focused on the job at hand take the crowd out of it early and we will be just fine.

We have faced the same crowd noise situation this year. Against Clemson we had the lead at one point. Finished the game with a close score showing at the end. Truthfully, I still wonder about the Clemson game if Gurley had not sat for a full quarter. Water over the dam, understand.

Tennessee's team in no way resembles the Clemson team.

Practiced in pads again this week, coaching staff is serious about keeping focused after the LSU win. Good coaching, sez I.

The thing that worries me is (others have voiced concerns also) the let down UGA has suffered at the hands of this same team after big wins over LSwho in the past. I think we'll be okay if we can just take it one game at a time and continue to get better with each game. So far, so good... GO DAWGS!!!!!!GATA

The sun shines on a different Dawg every day

I still believe this game has all the makings of a trap game. Huge game against LSU up to the coaches to keep up the intensity of the Tennessee game.

I think if our boys comes out firing this game gets ugly before half. If we come out slow it will be a battle until the 4th.

Either way I don't see us losing. Too much of a talent separation.
