This is what now.. strike 4? Like thriller noted and like my dad always said...
There's no reason to be out that late at night as out of the 10 possible things that
could come of it; 9 are bad. All the legal and wholesome stuff can usually be accomplished
between the hours of 6a/m and 9p/m.
I value my second amendment rights as well, but then again: my firearms don't have the
serial numbers filed down. I also don't know many that hunt with a 9mm Luger, Ruger or any other WHATEVer. It wasn't a hunting rifle, or a legal firearm.
It can turn out to be a borrowed car with a gun he didn't know was there and I'm still not
going to give him a pass because he's obviously still hanging out with and borrowing cars
from thugs. It could have belonged to another one of the passengers, but why is he hanging out with those sorts of people. Tooling around with a car full of buddies at 3:30 in the morning is about all I need to hear. This kid hasn't matured one bit, and it's time to cut bait.
Once again.. .I wish him no harm and I hope he gets his life together, but the UGA locker
room has already done it's time as the rehab center. Go get your life in order somewhere
else. I'm sure CMR will still be there for you off the field, but that's a key point..
off our field and away from our campus.
Wartdawg, you hit it real well with the "hunting" example. I have (used to, not now) hunted most of my adult years. I also have problems with those that want to mess with my Second Amendment Rights. What is that saying . . . guns don't kill people, people kill people. Carry a Judge or similar for snakes, don't need my 9mm Ruger in the field, and not positioned or handled right in my autos.
My entire family spends time at our local range enjoying some of our Second Amendment Rights. To hell with Pelosi and that bunch. Sorry, just speak loudly sometimes.
