Question about IC

Buc, If we could only put the heart of Samuel in the body of Crowell, what a heckova player.

This is what I'm hearing on the radio this morning...IC took a SHOT from a scout teamer in practice on Tuesday and got pissed about it. Took himself out of practice and then came out Wednesday in a green non-contact that he, himself, chose to put on. Coaches said, fine...if you're hurt go see JTII and get some rehab work in on your ankle. IC refused...there was some jawing between him and position coaches...not exactly sure how things were left. Then, after practice the seniors pulled him aside for a "closed door" meeting. Apparently this was confirmed by three different people with direct access to the program.

If anyone heard/saw Richt's comments after practice Wednesday...he was going through his normal Q&A and when asked about running backs he said (paraphrasing here) "I was in a good mood until you brought that up...I don't want to talk about running backs, I have nothing good to say so I'm not talking about running backs until Sunday."

Now we know why he wasn't in the mood to talk about running backs.

averagedawg, spent some time on youtube yesterday watching IC and his high school film. He did well enough to be rated one of if not the top running back out that year. Did notice that he had a hard time with Buford.

TN Dawg certainly has me searching the internet for a clue. Only thing I could find was the bold type in the above post. Richt of course is not going to let anyone know who is and is not playing on Saturday. Sometimes though body actions and words tell stories that makes one wonder.

If the academic thingy comes into play, that might be the end of IC and UGA.

Richt did shout out for running back help, not knowing if he had violated NCAA rules or not. Just seems to fall in line with what TN Dawg has posted.

AM had better have his head on a swivel if the above comes to pass.

Lots of talented football players from Buford, seems that the glass pretty much stays full.

I see the game on Saturday being mostly a passing game now......that does not bode well for us.....LSU will feast on the O if we cannot run the ball
